These 3 series share the same continuity and all are set on Earth-8107.
Although much of “Spider-Man” (1981) and “Spider-Man & His Amazing Friends” aired around the same time, “Spider-Man” was created first and should be viewed that way as both series are set in the same continuity and that’s how they make sense. The original Spidey series doesn’t have an origin story but this is revealed in “Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends”. And the latter series has an episode featuring Magneto (“The Prison Plot”) in which Spidey remembers a previous encounter with that character (Spider-Man S01E06 “When Magneto Speaks… People Listen”).
I’ve moved the origin episodes for the new characters, Spider-Man & the team to the beginning of the Amazing Friends series to get those stories in asap. Similarly, when Hulk begins I’ve moved his origin to the start. While the latter two series aired together they were known as “The Incredible Hulk and the Amazing Spider-Man”.
Video-Man, who was created for “Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends”, later appears in “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse”, linking these series into the Marvel Cinematic Multiverse stories.

Video-Man is introduced in S01E07. He is later featured in the multiverse movie “Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse”. Video-Man’s introduction was moved up as he needs to have been introduced for the next episode, which features his return, to make sense.
AF S02E01 The Origin of Iceman
Iceman’s origin is given in S02E01 which features the return of Video-Man.
AF S02E02 A Fire-Star is Born
Iceman’s origin features him joining the X-Men. Firestar’s origin is told at their X-Men reunion.
AF S02E03 Along Came Spidey
Spider-Man’s origin is given before we see how the Spider-Friends met in the next episode.

While it might seem like the best first episode of this series, the opening narration by Stan Lee explains that the audience up to this point hasn’t seen how the characters first met and joined forces, so making it the final entry in the origin stories actually works best.
